“I strongly believe that collaboration and mentoring are the
keys to success. Working with diverse teams has offered me a
new perspective and helped me look at initiatives in a new light.
I put special emphasis on the value of mentorship as an essential part of everyone’s professional and personal growth. I have been fortunate to be mentored by amazing people, and I strive to give back. I regularly share my experiences and mentor junior colleagues, interns, and students.”

FAVORITE PROJECT
IFRS 17 Insurance Contracts Standards ImplementationI led this very technical and complex project spanning multiple teams and geographies. Organizing the project into 12 implementation workstreams allowed us to focus on the practical application of key concepts, the assessment of the required data availability and development of a smart approach for system related changes. It resulted in an efficient structure and improved collaboration allowing us to identify interdependencies and efficiencies, and not only to comply with IFRS 17 requirements but also to provide key stakeholders with a different perspective on the business.
