Laurie Harris is an experienced public-company Independent Director and Audit Committee Chair.  She currently serves on the boards of directors and chairs the audit committees of Hagerty, Inc. (NYSE:HGTY) an automotive lifestyle brand and a leading specialty insurance provider focused on the global automotive enthusiast market, IWG plc (LSE:IWG), a global operator of leading co-work and workspace brands operating in 120 countries and Synchronoss Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:SNCR), a global leader and innovator in cloud, messaging, and digital platforms and products.  She is also Independent Director and Audit Committee chair of Everlake US Holdings Company, which was established in 2021 with the purchase of annuity and life subsidiaries of Allstate Corporation by Blackstone (NYSE:BX) and QBE North America, a division of global insurer QBE (ASX: QBE). 

Laurie has extensive experience in corporate boardrooms through her board roles and during her PwC career where she worked with audit committees of large public companies, private equity backed entities and Fortune 100 financial services organizations.  

Laurie took her passion for helping underserved students in public schools beginning with a decade of teaching students in classrooms through Junior Achievement to an over 20-year board role at the Children’s Museum of the Arts, where she is Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee and is a member of the Executive Committee.  Laurie is also a board member of the Society of Insurance Financial Management (SIFM) and is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). 

Laurie graduated from the University of Southern California, summa cum laude, B.S. in Business Administration in 1980.  She is a licensed CPA in New York and California and is a member of the AICPA.
