SIFM Letter from President Sean Egan

Thank you for taking the time to review and vote for the candidates for officers and board members. With the votes tallied, I would like to welcome the new members of the SIFM Board of Directors:

As their terms have drawn to a close, please join me in thanking several board members for their dedicated service to the SIFM. Vinny Burke, Rich Gander, Jim Gruber and Ed Majkowski were long-time board members as well as past presidents who instituted many changes for the organization. Their passion, energy and support of new initiatives have helped to modernize the organization. We will truly miss their guidance, their many industry contacts to call upon for speakers, and their willingness to propose and implement innovative approaches.
 
I would also like to thank our outgoing president Erin Mulloy, who has served on the executive committee for the last 6 years. Her leadership ensured that SIFM will continue to be a trusted community of insurance professionals that fosters an exchange of ideas among its members.

SIFM will continue to present our monthly webinar series through the end of the year and the details for each event are listed below. 

I am optimistic that 2021 will allow us to get together, in-person again. Underscoring our commitment to you, the leadership of SIFM is exploring new and different events that will facilitate networking and the vital exchange of insights on the insurance industry that you expect.
