Ms. Swisha has over 20 years of experience in reinsurance. During her career, Meredith has spearheaded the integration of newly acquired subsidiaries into existing corporate covers and consulted on the structuring of reinsurance protections for startup entities.

Ms. Swisha began her reinsurance broking career at EW Blanch and through acquisitions, she has been employed by Benfield and Aon.

Her extensive experience includes property catastrophe & risk; personal & commercial automobile & umbrella; casualty E&S; and specialty lines niche portfolios for both property and casualty lines of business. Meredith has worked with regional clients in the past though her current focus is on advising large mutual and fortune 500 stock companies.

Ms. Swisha holds a BA in Organizational Communications from the University of Colorado. She earned an MBA from The City University of New York. She is also holds an Associate in Reinsurance Designation.
