Mr. Bellovin has over 20 years of experience in employment and payroll tax matters. He has worked for a broad range of clients in various industries and has vast experience with diverse aspects of employment tax including global payroll operational reviews, employment tax refund review projects, the creation of payroll accounts for global organizations, payroll and human resource system implementations, both on a domestic and global scale, and employment tax transaction and merger and acquisition issues, including registration forms.

Previously, Hal served multiple roles with both Time Warner and IBM on the corporate employment tax, payroll administration and employment administration teams and with KPMG and EY in their State and Local tax practice, specializing in Employment tax.

Mr. Bellovin earned a BA in business from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
