Beihl – Vice President, Global Head of Talent and Diversity, Renaissance Reinsurance
With over 20 years of experience, Ms. Beihl is skilled at taking high-level ideas and concepts then identifying a way forward to execute an impactful plan.
Prior to her current role, Jen spent most of her professional career at General Electric gaining experience in financial services, manufacturing, and digital industries as part of this global conglomerate.
She joined GE on the human resources leadership program branching out to diverse roles including leadership and executive development, diversity, business partnering, corporate citizenship, and process improvement. She was a lead architect and key contributor on the culture team that transitioned more than 150 thousand global employees from a fifty-year-old performance process to a contemporary approach designed to support a fast, agile, outcome-focused company. She led several career navigation initiatives and navigated her own work-life integration with various forms of flexible work during much of her time at GE.
Ms. Biehl was awarded a BA in international relations from Brown University. She is an active community volunteer, loves spending time on Long Island Sound and exploring the many Land Trust areas of Redding Connecticut.
