Caldwell NJ — Sean Egan, president of the SIFM and partner in the New York Financial Service practice of KPMG, presented the SIFM 2022 Scholarship to Jackson Donnelly, a student at Saint Joseph’s University (Philadelphia). The award was presented at SIFM’s Quarterly Conference on December 7, 2021.
The SIFM Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship presented to a qualified student attending a top School of Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science who intends to seek a career in the insurance industry.
Mr. Donnelly, junior in the Risk Management program at Saint Joseph’s University, is pursuing a double major in finance as well as risk management & insurance.
Mr. Egan noted that with a solid overall GPA of 3.8, Jackson he has been on the Dean’s List and was awarded the Presidential Scholarship. He has a certification in Bloomberg Market Concepts. Additionally, he is VP of Delta Sigma Pi, and has done volunteer work with Catholic Charities preparing tax returns.
