Mr. Corwin has over 7 years of experience providing assurance and advisory services to a variety of public and private asset management, banking, insurance, FinTech and crypto clients. He has experience in providing transaction-based accounting advisory services topics, including special purpose acquisition company (“SPAC”) transactions.

Eric has assisted clients on a variety of projects related to the preparation of SEC registration statements, including Forms S-1 and S-4. This assistance includes the preparation of financial statements, drafting of the MD&A, drafting technical accounting whitepapers, assisting with SEC comment letters, and providing insights regarding the SEC’s views on non-GAAP measure presentation.
