Mr. Schwartz leads EYCA’s IPO and SPAC capital markets advisory practice, where he focuses on preparing private companies transitioning to the public markets. Mark provides clients with independent strategic perspectives and advice on all aspects of a public listing – from early stage evaluation, planning and process, through execution.

Prior to joining EYCA, Mark served in senior ECM positions on Wall Street for nearly 15 years – most recently he was Deutsche Bank’s Head of Equity Financing Solutions focused on IPOs.  Mark was also a senior IPO execution banker at Barclays and its predecessor Lehman Brothers.
