Mr. Buck has more than 25 years of experience both as an insurance industry executive and leader of multiple consulting practices. His areas of focus include M&A, risk strategy and insurance.

Prior to joining EY, Craig held a number of leadership roles at AIG most recently as CFO of its legacy segment. Formerly, he was the Americas Life Insurance Practice Leader of a major insurance and financial services consulting firm.

In addition to working on over 100 merger and acquisition transactions, Craig has reviewed and analyzed independent appraisals for domestic and international buyers and sellers.

Mr. Buck has served as vice-chairman and chairman on the Society of Actuaries Financial Reporting Section Council. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Member of the Academy of Actuaries (MAAA).
