Mr. Castaldo is a finance leader with a global perspective spanning 20+ years of insurance and financial services experience. His background includes leading organizations through change, driving value creation and developing capital solutions with a strong focus on maximizing shareholder wealth.

In his current position, Chris leads the finance function and serves on the North American Board of Directors. He is responsible for leading and shaping the strategy for the division and driving performance and profitable growth. Previously, Chris spent three years in Sydney, Australia, where he was the Group Head of Financial Planning and Analysis & Corporate Development.

Prior to joining QBE, Chris spent five years at AIG in a series of roles including Director of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development, where he supported the US government exit strategy during the global financial crisis.

Mr. Castaldo earned a BS in accounting and finance from the University of Albany, SUNY.
