Mr. Rold has 10 years of  industry experience with roles in FP&A, sales and business development, and functional operations management experience to his consulting role.  He focuses on integrating systems, people, and processes to drive transformational capabilities into supporting strategic and tactical decision making.

In eight years of performing management consulting, Ethan has worked across more than 10 industries and business functions implementing systems to support: comprehensive financial planning and analysis, sales operations and incentive compensation management, sourcing and supply chain, cost, and profitability analysis. 

Mr. Rold graduated with a BS in finance, accounting, and business administration from Colorado Christian University.  He has earned the following Anaplan certifications: Solution Architect, Levell 1 Trainer, and Agile Implementation Project Manager as well as a Certified Implementer (Prophix).
