Mr. Terelmes has over thirty years of financial reporting and accounting experience in the insurance and financial services sector. Prior to joining Compe, he served as the CFO of SiriusPoint Global Solutions and was a member of the board of directors of several of its subsidiary insurance companies. He also worked at Travelers Insurance and Bank of America.

Mike’s experience includes GAAP and statutory accounting and reporting, financial analysis, strategic planning and modeling, due diligence, commutations and management of financial and operational audits of insurers and reinsurers.

Mr. Terelmes’ credentials include as a Chartered Global Management Accountant from the AICPA and he is licensed as a CPA in Connecticut. He is also a member of the AICPA and the SIFM.
