Mr. Serafino has over 30 years of experience in marketing and business development. He currently helps clients realize their operational and financial goals by successfully implementing business analytics solutions. Jon’s focus industries are financial services and nonprofit. In this capacity he helps his clients convert to a data-driven culture, ultimately leading to improved outcomes and performance.

Before joining Wipfli, Jon was an equity partner at the data analytics firm Waypoint. During his tenure, Waypoint grew from a regional analytics firm into one of the leading Information management/analytics firms in the country. Prior to that, Jon was with Wyeth Pharmaceuticals and AIG.

Mr. Serafina earned a BA in finance from Saint Joseph’s University and an MBA in management and marketing from Saint Joseph’s University Haub School of Business.
