Mr. Rose has over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. He is an accomplished financial executive with a proven track record of strategic leadership and financial stewardship. As the Chief Financial Officer of Hudson Insurance Group, Rory plays a pivotal role in driving financial growth and ensuring the company’s fiscal health.

Before joining Hudson, Rory held key financial leadership roles within the P&C industry. This includes successful stints at QBE, where he spearheaded a global finance transformation program, focused on unlocking process efficiencies, improved decision making through enhanced data analysis while also enabling finance to shift to a global operating model, leading to cost savings and more strategic focused finance organization. Prior to transformation, Rory was P&C controller for QBE ($7bn portfolio) focused on financial and management reporting, financial control and strategic business partnering.

Mr. Rose earned a BA in accounting from the University of Delaware. He is a CPA, registered in the state of New York.  He is a member of the SIFM.
