Ms. Patchen has over eight years of experience in change management. Rachel’s experience includes managing large-scale business transformation initiatives, including enterprise-wide system implementations and process improvement projects. Rachel has experience in business process reengineering, including organizational impact analysis, process redesign, current state assessments, and technology transformations.
Ms. Patchen consults dynamic companies and advises across a broad range of industries on how to handle the ‘people side of the change’ through organizational, process, and technology transformation. Rachel’s experience includes designing change management strategies and plans to understand the holistic impact of change across her clients’ businesses. Partnering with internal client teams, she drives value by tailoring approaches and tactics that enable strategic decisions through disciplined execution, while minimizing organizational disruption and driving sustainability.
Ms Patchen earned a BA in psychology and economics from Pennsylvania State University. She is a certified Prosci ADKAR Change Management Practitioner and has a Six Sigma Green Belt.
