Ms. Chen has over 12 years of experience in the financial services sector serving insurance, banking and asset management clients.

She has an extensive background in advising clients with the implementation of changes in accounting standards, as well as finance functions and considerations for data and reporting processes. More recently, Amy has worked with clients who are embarking on their Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) journeys, setting up reporting framework requirements, and thinking through operating models for reporting, as well as exploring the implications of the Base Erosion and Profit Sharing (BEPS) 2.0. Amy has also worked with clients on the implementation of changes in accounting standards, as well as finance functions and considerations for data and reporting processes.

Ms. Chen earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto. She holds a Chartered Public Accountancy (CPA) designation from CPA Ontario.
