Mr. Boren has over 20 years of experience in financial services and healthcare industry. He is an insurance expert serving healthcare agents and brokers, payors, reinsurers, property and casualty companies and insurance technology startups.

Phil is currently the deputy leader of EY’s national technology enabled insurers network focusing on current and future technology innovators. He has extensive experience coordinating projects operating in Europe, Asia, Canada, Bermuda and the Caymans bringing valuable international experience. Over a decade of experience advising publicly traded companies navigating expectations from all stakeholders (investors, board members, regulators, taxing authorities, customers and other market participants).

Mr. Boren earned a BA in business economics from the University of California. He is a CPA licensed in California and Hawaii. He is a member of the AICPA.
