Mr. Hodson has significant experience in the areas of insurance, reinsurance and alternative risk. Tom also acts as General Counsel covering areas of legal and compliance issues, corporate governance and management. Genesis Legacy Solutions is a company providing solutions to issues regarding legacy insurance liabilities.

Prior to forming GLS, Mr. Hodson served as a principal for the SOBC DARAG Group, a leader in legacy insurance run-off. Formerly, general counsel of a mid-sized, commercial property and casualty insurance group where expertise extends to areas of legal and compliance issues, corporate governance and management. Extensive publication and speaking experience.

Mr. Hodson received a BA from St. Michael’s College and earned a JD from the Catholic University of America, the Columbus School of Law.
