Christopher Mora has over 14 years of experience in accounting and finance. As CRO, he is responsible for executing Centri’s growth goals across service lines, industry practices and target geographic markets. He works closely with the firm’s segment leaders to deliver revenue-building initiatives while developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients.

As the capital markets practice leader, Chris specializes in the delivery of capital market readiness and financial reporting to clients across industries including fintech, financial services, life sciences, health/wellness, private equity. He advises clients on the accounting treatment of various transactions such as debt/equity transactions, business combinations, reverse mergers, and SEC-related issues.

Chris earned a BS in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Drexel University. He is a CPA licensed in Pennsylvania.
