Blake Roberts has more than 18 years of public accounting experience. Throughout his career, Blake has worked with public, privately held, and private equity portfolio entities, ranging from pre-IPO entrepreneurial startups to large public multinational corporations, collectively from an audit and consultative perspective, while supporting a variety of financial accounting advisory transactions and issues. Blake has a focus on the accounting and reporting for complex revenue recognition transactions, business combinations, and stock-based compensation arrangements.

Formerly, Blake was an audit partner at BDO.

Blake earned a BBA in accounting from King’s College. He is a member of the AICPA and is a CPA licensed in New York.
