Lamm – Partner, Workforce Transformation, PwC

Julia Lamm has over 15 years of experience helping clients address complex organization transformation challenges, driven by disruption from digitization, regulation, deals, business model changes, technology and cost pressures.
Julia’s work has included developing digital workforce transformation journeys – creating enterprise-wide fluency around digital capabilities such as storytelling with data, data visualization, analytics and agile transformations. Most recently, she’s been working on developing PwC’s point of view and offerings around AI, and adoption methods including learning, articulating the vision for AI, and driving behavior change.
Julia earned a BA in journalism and international studies from the University of North Carolina. She earned an MBA in corporate finance and strategy from the NYU Stern School of Business.
In addition to her work with clients, Julia is a featured thought leader at PwC, and is often cited in the media on topics related to the ‘future of work’, including The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, CNBC, Business Insider, Time, Fast Company and broadcast on New York News 12.
