Ms. Sellman has over 25 years of experience specializing in tax issues. Prior to her current role, Angela was  the tax director for AIG’s global tax research and modeling team and senior tax counsel, where she participated in AIG’s recovery from the 2008 financial crisis, including the repayment of bailout funds and the sell-down of the equity interest held by the United States Government

Prior to AIG, Angela was an attorney at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and Cooley Godward Kronish LLP specializing in tax issues. 

Angela received a BS in accounting from the University of Idaho, a JD from the University of Idaho College of Law and a LLM in taxation from New York University School of Law.
