Mr. Pilch has over 20 years of experience including 15 years of functional experience working in the insurance industry.

 Mike brings a wealth of knowledge in solutioning for his clients and solving for complex issues in order to deliver business outcomes. He is focused on helping clients to improve productivity and performance across the enterprise for a myriad of issues that they are facing in their current state. Since transitioning to technology transformation, Mr. Pilch has led projects for some of the largest financial services organizations in the world across banking, insurance, and capital markets

Mr. Pilch was awarded a BA in international cultures and economies from Bentley University.  He earned an MS in corporate finance from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
