Mr. Restrepo has over 18 years of experience in providing tax services to family offices, working closely with high-net-worth individuals and their trusts and estates. Diego focuses on advising family businesses and their owners on how to grow and preserve their wealth, while dealing with the complex issues within income tax.

Formerly, Diego was with EY providing professional services to a variety of high-net-worth individuals, trusts, private foundations, partnerships, and corporations including tax consulting and planning.

He has assisted and advised family offices on trust structuring and estate planning arrangements involving GRATs, charitable trusts and various international topics. Diego has also led a fiduciary trust tax team of over 50 tax professionals, supervising the preparation of various fiduciary forms including Forms 1041s, 5227s, 1099s and 990PFs.

Mr. Restrepo is a member and treasurer of the Committee of Banking Institutions on Taxation (CBIT) and is the President-Elect of the OneSource Trust User Group Board (OTTUG)
