Ms. Meucci has over 30 years of experience in strategy, change management, program leadership and organizational effectiveness. She has a proven track record in helping leaders and teams launch and implement business improvement initiatives that deliver on goals, improve efficiency, and enhance organizational performance.

Donna has designed, led and supported transformation and organizational change efforts across commercial, supply chain and enabling functions, at both enterprise and functional levels. She has led change management execution for a variety of projects including, ERP solutions, technology point solutions, organizational improvement initiatives, and stand-up of new capabilities such as Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Shared Services.

Ms. Meucci earned an MBE from Cornell University. She is a Certified Prosci ADKAR Change Management Practitioner.
